Project-month
NZ$263 per project, per month
A project is one site tracked continuously. This is the ongoing subscription — not a one-off audit — and covers sampling runs against your allowance, findings and drafts.
One-off sealed run
NZ$526 per sealed run
A single sampling batch, sealed as a whole rather than tracked project-month by project-month. See Questions for what “sealed” proves and what it does not.
Qualified timestamps
NZ$5 each, on top, opt-in
An ordinary timestamp is included and carries no legal presumption anywhere. A qualified timestamp (eIDAS, issued by an accredited EU authority) carries statutory recognition in the EU and costs money to issue, which is why it is a separate, off-by-default spend switch rather than bundled in. Your dashboard shows how many remain once you hold access; a record that was not qualified-stamped says so on the record itself.
How access works
There is no public signup and no free tier. Every account starts from a one-time access token the operator issues by hand, bound to a single project. If you were sent a token, redeem it here. If you were not, the route in is to ask.
AVA is also self-hostable on your own infrastructure — a design requirement, not an afterthought — with two things that stay with us regardless: the sealing (a record sealed by the same party that holds it proves nothing to a third party) and, unless you supply your own provider keys, the model access.
